Spring is one of my favorite times of year when it comes to the beauty world. I love how fresh everything seems, and the emphasis on light applications, cream products, and soft colors, with a bit of glow. The eco-friendly beauty world has really stepped up its game in the past few years, and I get so excited to see new releases when this time of year hits. For me this spring, it’s all about rosy tones and dewy skin, so today I thought I’d share some products I have my eye on to help me achieve my spring look.
Grab a cup of tea, & let’s talk beauty!
1. Juice Beauty Phyto-Pigments Cream Shadow Stick in Mist (Vegan & Cruelty Free)
I love shimmery cream-colored cream shadows, and this eye shadow stick from Juice Beauty looks beautiful. It’s also formulated with ingredients to add moisture to the eye area, and comes in lots of other pretty shades.
2. RMS Magic Luminizer (Cruelty Free, Gluten Free, & Certified Organic)
A good cream highlighter is something I love in the spring months, and this luminizer from RMS has such a pretty hue to it! I love how it pulls more golden, and the ingredients in RMS products are so good.
3. Juice Beauty Phyto-Pigments Satin Lip Cream in Syrah (Vegan & Cruelty Free)
If you know me, you know I love a rosey-mauve lip color. I’ve been meaning to try out the Juice Beauty Satin Lip Creams for a while now, and I just love the shade Syrah.
4. Glossier Cloud Paint in Dusk (Cruelty Free)
I still have yet to try anything from Glossier, but their latest release for spring is so pretty! The Cloud Paints are cream blushes, and the colors are beautiful. I particularly love the shade dusk, a muted peach.
5. BITE Beauty Lip Pencil in 022 (Cruelty Free)
BITE Beauty has finally given us a range of lip pencils, and I’m pretty excited about it! My BITE lip products pretty much get used everyday, and I’m excited to eventually add some of the lip pencils to my collection. The shade 022 is rose color that looks so versatile.
6. Ilia Beauty Essential Shadow Palette in Prima (Cruelty Free)
Ilia’s spring collection this year included two beautiful eye shadow palettes, something that’s often missing in the green beauty world. I love the shades in the Prima palette, and I think it will make a great cruelty free alternative to a palette I loved in the past!
7. Ilia Beauty Lip Gloss in Peek-a-boo (Cruelty Free)
Lately I’ve been craving just a touch of lip gloss, something I haven’t worn regularly since I was in high school, and believe me, it did not look cute the way I wore it then! Peek-a-boo by Ilia is a pretty nude color without too much shine; the perfect neutral finish to a glowing spring look.
8. W3ll People Bio Correcting Multi-Action Concealer (Gluten Free & Cruelty Free)
Confession time: I haven’t had a tube of concealer in about a year. I don’t break out as much as I used to, so I hadn’t felt the need for it for a long time, but lately I’ve started to get slightly more darkness under my eyes. This W3ll People concealer sounds perfect for concealing without dehydrating.
