Christmas Snow

Hi everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! Mine was absolutely amazing. We had a white Christmas for the first time I can ever remember! It was so beautiful. I was also blessed with some wonderful gifts from my parents: a stunning concert grand harp for my sisters and I, and a new camera! I’ve decided to christen the camera Mr. Branson after my favorite from Downton Abbey. He is a Cannon EOS Rebel T3i. Here are some pictures of the last few days.

We had a day without power which we spent out in the snow and snuggled up by the fire. My bestie came to stay once our power was back on and we enjoyed making tea and catching up on several episodes of Doctor Who. Last night we went to see Les Miserables and were both hard pressed not to weep our hearts out right there in the theater. Now I’m working on learning my music for next semester, planning some new things for the shop, and enjoying the last couple of weeks of break.

I hope you all have a lovely evening!

  1. Ooh, look at that snow! 😀 it’s beautiful!
And so is that harp…what an amazing gift!

Oh, and I know I haven’t posted about it on my blog (I will later today, hopefully), though you might have seen from Tori’s blog, but I chose your Christmas post as my favorite, which means you won a $5 Amazon gift card! If you could shoot me an email at deckedoutinruffles (at) gmail (dot) com, that would be great!(:
