Favorite Berry Lipsticks & Nail Polishes

berry tones for lips and nailsFall is in full swing, and that means I’m breaking out my deeper berry colors of nail polish and lipstick. I have several that I’ve been loving, so I thought I would share those with you today!

Revlon’s Vixen is an almost black berry color that I find so chic and flattering on short nails. The formula is opaque and beautiful in two coats, and I’ve found this shade to have a good lasting time before chipping which is always a plus.

Ciaté’s Napa Valley may just be one of my all time nail polish favorites. It’s a beautiful wine color that leans on the purple side. This polish has one of the best formulas I’ve tried, and I definitely want to try more from the Olivia Palermo range!

Butter London’s Queen Vic is a deep violet shade that works so beautifully for autumn. Butter London polishes are wonderful, and they definitely nailed the formula on this darker color. I use two coats, and it looks perfect.

Revlon is definitely my favorite drugstore brand for lip products, and I love the classic Super Lustrous lipstick range. Cherries in the Snow is a pretty moisturizing fuchsia color that still looks autumnal. I also love this shade for the holiday season!

Juniper is my first Bite Beauty lipstick, and I have to say that after trying it, I understand the hype! This lipstick has the best lasting power of any lipstick I’ve tried, and it is a wonderful formula. While marketed as matte, I wouldn’t say this shade is 100% dry looking. There is a hint of shine in the finish, which I personally prefer. The color is a pink berry, and I especially recommend it to my fellow green eyed girls. *Update: Since writing this post, it has come to my attention that this is sold out on Sephora’s website. Be sure to check your local store to see if you can still get your hands on this shade!

Revlon’s Moisture Stain in Parisian Passion is my go-to color if I want something seasonal, but not high maintenance. My favorite way to wear this wine colored stain is to apply one layer and really work it into my lips. It leaves a beautiful berry stain that doesn’t budge!

Chanel’s La Romanesque was released with the spring collection this year, but is now in the permanent range. This pink toned berry is a color I see myself wearing year round. The formula is lovely, and the wear time is impressive. I think this may just be my signature bold lip color. 🙂

What tones do you gravitate towards during this time of year? Are there any products you pull out specifically for fall? I’d love to hear!
