Favorite Red Nail Polishes for Fall

On my nails: Essie’s Dressed to Kiltopi big apple red nail polish

Hi friends! Every year when I start thinking about fall, I always find myself pulling out my deep red nail polishes, so today I’m sharing three of my current favorite shades! I love how classic a little swipe of red nail lacquer is, and even more so at this time of year.

– OPI’s Big Apple Red. Big Apple Red is the most classic true red out of this line up. It’s a beautiful cream formula, and has a touch of brightness. I find it to be one of the most versatile and seasonless shades in my collection. If you are looking for the perfect classic red, this may just be it!

– Revlon’s Raven Red. I love Revlon nail polishes, and don’t think they get enough love. They have a fantastic formula easily comparable to any of my Deborah Lippmann shades, and such a great price point. Raven Red is a stunning deep burgundy red with a cream finish. I’ve had this one on my nails three times already in the last month, and it also makes a great pedicure color!

-Essie’s Dressed to Kilt (limited edition, but apparently still available at Target!) Dressed to Kilt came out with Essie’s autumn collection last year, and I fell in love with it. It is a deep color, but has a touch more brightness that Raven Red. The formula is lovely, and it has a beautiful glossy finish. Two coats of this, and I’m good to go!

What colors do you like to wear during the fall season? Do you have any favorite nail polishes right now? I’d love to hear!

  1. I haven’t started pulling out my fall colors yet, but I really love purples and I’ve been keeping an eye out for a nice maroon, since I don’t have one, but I think it would be great addition to my nail polish collection. Love these colors you have!

  2. I love jewel-tone colors, such as red and deep purple, for autumn. These three shades of red are gorgeous and perfect for fall!
