Happy Monday friends! I’m back with another beauty post, and today I’m sharing my current everyday makeup favorites. These are products that I am loving for a quick and easy daily makeup that looks natural but still pulled together. I’ve been all about simplicity when it comes to my makeup these days, and many of the products are staples in my collection for a fast makeup look. Most of these products are in the natural category, and all of them are cruelty free!
My daily base product these days is the Burt’s Bees BB Cream. It’s a lightweight product without too much coverage, and I love that it doubles as skincare. I’ve found that it helps to keep my skin hydrated throughout the day, and I love the luminous finish it has. The product does have a sticky texture when you first apply it, so I like to apply it with a damp blending sponge to reduce the stickiness. It gives a lovely natural finish!
I first discovered this lip pencil last autumn, and since then it has become one of my go-tos. I often have it in my bag as the pencil shape makes it easy to apply on the go, and the browny-rose tone is my favorite type of lip color. The Bite Matte Lip Crayons have a beautiful satin finish, and last so well.
If I want to tone down my lipstick to make it look a bit more natural, I love to dab on just a bit of Ilia’s Peek-a-boo Lip Gloss. It’s the prettiest neutral pink without a hint of glitter or shimmer. This lip gloss is wonderful because it’s not sticky at all, and leaves your lips feeling moisturized. I’d love to try more colors!
I was recently in the market for a new brow pencil, and in an effort to try something a bit more economical than my favorite one from Hourglass, I stopped by a Flower Beauty display. Their products spoke to me because they are cruelty-free, made in the USA, and still affordable. I’ve been enjoying their brow pencil in the shade brunette for my daily brow routine. It’s a great color for me, and the product has a spoolie attached. It’s definitely a drugstore win in my book!
Watching The Last Tycoon on Amazon has made me crave more dramatic eyeshadow colors, and one of my favorite products to create this effect with ease is my Bite Beauty Multistick in Biscotti, a warm rose. The multisticks can be used as lipstick, blush, and eye shadow, and I love this color on my eyes. I blend a bit of it into the crease with a fluffy brush. It lasts all day without creasing, and looks like it took a lot more work than it did.
