I love a good classic pair of pajamas, and I especially love them during the holidays. Think Mindy Lahiri and Jessica Day style. They’re comfortable, stylish, and just scream Christmas morning. When I first started to get into ethical fashion, cute pjs were hard to come by, but thankfully, as in most categories, the options have expanded. So if you’re ready to treat yourself (or a friend,) to some holiday pajamas and still shop mindfully, this post is for you!
People Tree is known for their unique fair trade fashion apparel, but did you know they also have some adorable organic cotton pajamas? From classic pj sets to dainty cami and shorts combos, their styles are adorable and fairly priced.
You all know my love for Everlane, so you can imagine how excited I was when they released some new styles of pajamas just in time for Christmas. Their nightwear collection includes oversized shirts and pants as well as a gorgeous silk sleep set with a sporty feel. I also love the color scheme of neutrals, blues, and pinks throughout the collection.
If you prefer more laid-back styling, Thought has some super cute options. Their organic cotton and bamboo styles look so comfortable and tranquil, and can go from sleepwear to yoga-wear with ease. The natural fibers used give all of the garments a soft appearance, and also make them light and breathable.
I love ThirdLove’s collection of organic cotton and bamboo lounge-wear in the prettiest color palette. The brand manufactures their products in a WARP governed factory, and I love that use these quality materials to produce their lounge-wear. My favorite pieces are the jogger sets, and I love the blush pink options.
I was first introduced to BedHead Pajamas around this time last year, and since that time they have become favorites. BedHead makes all of their adorable classic styles right here in the USA, and their pajamas have been worn on some of my favorite shows such as How I Met Your Mother and The Mindy Project! Having owned a set for over a year now, I can attest to the quality of these pieces. They still look as good as the day I got them, and that’s with a lot of wear!
