The Weekender // No. 4

Black and White Coffee PhotoHappy weekend friends, and happy loonnngggg weekend American friends! I wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who has left such kind blog comments, Instagram comments, tweets, and Snapchats about the changes to the blog this week. I couldn’t be happier with it, and I’m so thankful to have such an incredibly kind and positive group of readers!

I’ve had a busy and wonderful week. I did a fun photo shoot a few days ago which went really well, and got to go hear my sisters perform at a local music camp they have been participating in this summer. I also got to spend time with friends and get a lot of work done which is always good. Can you believe it’s already July?! I’m so excited for a new month as I always am. There’s nothing like the feeling of a blank slate, and I can’t wait to see what the month holds.

This weekend should be a lot of fun! My younger brother is in town, and I’m looking forward to a lot of good family time and hopefully some fireworks on Monday! The time that I have to spend to myself will be spent reading (hoping to finish The Last Tycoon soon!) planning out my month, and maybe curling up with some knitting, coffee, and a movie! Introvert alert. 😀

Some links for the weekend:

-We all know my love for Rifle Paper Co., so I’m excited to tell you they are running a 20% sale this weekend! I love sales like this for expanding my stationary collection so that I always have a good note card for any occasion. I placed an order, and can’t wait to show you the fun stationary things I got!

-I checked out Gwyneth Paltrow’s cookbook called It’s All Easy from my local library, and I can’t wait to try out some of the recipes. They all look so fresh and amazing, and the photography is stunning!

-Jenny’s channel trailer for her new Margo & Me YouTube channel is just beautiful, and I’m excited to see the content she creates for it!

-Um, how pretty is this new cream blush palette from Tarte? All the heart eye emojis!

-I love this list of classic summer movies from The Clothes Horse, and have added several to my summer watch list! Summer movie nights are one of my favorite things, and Rebecca’s lists are a great resource.

Thanks for reading this week, and have a wonderful weekend! What are some of your weekend plans? I’d love to hear!
